Phase 3: Week 6-8
With nutrition almost cracked and some powerful mindset tools in your tool box it is time to focus on your training. With three weeks to go we now want to tone and shape your body. With so much energy and motivation sorted you can add more workouts to your weekly routine if your goal was weight loss or just continue with the amount of sessions that fit your weekly schedule. No matter what you choose you will see changes in your body. Stay focused, eat well and train as hard as you can!
WEEK 6
To guarantee you healthy and long lasting results we have to not only train hard and eat well but also understand what else can have an impact on the way you feel in the long run. The way we see ourselves and how we ‘talk to ourselves’ make a very significant different. So take few minutes this week to read short text in our mindset section, start paying attention to your self-talk and then direct it the way it will help you stick with your new lifestyle. And let’s train and sweat more!
WEEK 7
I am so excited that you got to week 7! It was a massive work and a big effort but how much have you achieved? We still focus on training, we want to tone and shape your body. With nutrition on spot, stress in check, your morning and evening routines sorted and NAC - the most powerful tool of them all, your body will be responding to the training much better. So this week we will talk about GRATITUDE. Being able to see all the good things about yourself, your life, your family and friends will make you feel happier and more energised so you can stick to your busy and challenging schedule.
WEEK 8
Wow! It is the last week. But hey, we are still working. But you can start planning how you will celebrate when this week is over. And just remember we don’t always have to celebrate with food and booze, it can be something better for your body like a SPA day, or a massage, or a theatre, or something you really wanted to buy for a while now. And don’t skip that part, it is really important to acknowledge your achievement. When you do that you will be more likely to take up on another challenge and work hard to make it happen. And every time you do it it will just get easier!
