I have been struggling with fatigue for years and I didn't know that.
I thought that being tired was normal.
Only when I overtrained, kept on getting injured, catching different colds and infections, I started looking for answers. The compete lifestyle change that is required to recover took me years to implement.
Reducing and managing stress still is the hardest one.
Two miscarriages, challenging pregnancy and traumatic birth didn't help. One year after having a baby (who doesn't sleep well) I crashed again. It is when my final journey begun.
My baby girl needs her healthy, vibrant & fun mum.
She motivates and drives me in my quest towards health.
Every mum is a tired mum but not every mum deals with fatigue. Even thought medical doctors don't recognise it, adrenal fatigue is real. With simple lifestyle changes we can significantly improve our health and energy.
Don't get me wrong. Fatigue is complex, have many layers and can be caused by many factors (including previous traumas).
