Nutrition Week 8:
Your nutrition will be a journey. I hope you feel connected with your body now and will be able to tell if the food you are eating does not serve you. Be aware that your nutritional needs may be changing over time, with your hormones or even stress levels. You may notice that some changes happen with your monthly cycle. You may notice that over the month your macro ratio may be changing as well. Our body is very intelligent and will always tell you what it needs to function on the optimal level. You know all tools that will help you adjust your nutrition whenever needed. Keep on using them and have fun!
Keep your nutritional diary and make sure you capture your daily nutrition as well as how you feel afterwards.
Use your FINE TUNE YOUR MACRO RATIO file to mark how you feel after new foods you add to your meals. The more information you gather the easier it will be for you to understand when you overeat your carbs as well as identify foods that don’t serve you
Eat slower, chew your food minimum 20 times before swallowing
If you have done everything as mentioned in our 12 step plan to adjust your macro ratio but you are still experiencing symptoms like bloating, brain fog, anxiety, irritability, etc., eliminate completely these 7 foods from your diet for minimum 3 weeks: gluten, diary, soy, peanuts, sugar, eggs, corn.
Use My Fitness Pal if it feels more comfortable for you
Eat until you are full but not stuffed
Have snacks between meals of the same food choice
Drink plenty water: 2.5-3l/day is your target
