YOUR TRAINING WEEK 6
How are you feeling? What do you think when you are getting ready to your training? Are you excited or need some supernatural force to get you and train? If the latter than make sure you look into our mindset section this week.
You have worked hard for the last 5 weeks and we only have three to go. So stay focused, hydrated and rested. We are now making the most significant difference, you will feel and look better every day. Being able to see results should be the best way to keep you motivated. Your weight may not be dropping as fast as before but your body will be now toning and shaping. Are you ready?
Here is your plan for week no 6:
Walk 10.000 steps every day (make sure you have an app to measure it, there is plenty STEP TRACKERS available on your phone)
Do minimum 3 workouts, preferably 4. High energy classes with focus on Meta Blast and sculpt should be your focus for the weight loss. Doing one BackRelief/SixPack or MoreCore will be great as well. High energy is awesome but our body and mind need balance. So lets stay fit and healthy!
Plan when you will exercise and what workout you will do in advance, the day before your new week starts. Make all the necessary arrangements to be able to stick to the plan as much as possible. Never skip your weekly training!
If you are fit (had exercises 3+ times a week before joining the program) try to do min 5 sessions. Plan min 3 classes of SCULPT and/or MetaBlast.
Listen to your body. Don’t forget that recovery is as needed as your training to make you fitter, leaner and stronger.
Stay hydrated as that will help you keep your energy high. Drink a pint of water before you decide to have another coffee!
