Nutrition Week 6:
You should feel really good now but stay alerted. If you experience indigestion, discomfort, fatigue, depression, mood swings, sweet cravings or any other digestive problems or other symptoms there still may be an issue with your nutrition, therefore:
Keep your nutritional diary and make sure you capture your daily nutrition as well as how you feel afterwards.
Use your FINE TUNE YOUR MACRO RATIO file to mark how you feel after each meal. The more information you gather the easier it will be for you to understand when you overeat your carbs as well as identify foods that don’t serve you
If you have any degree of uncertainty you can always start from the beginning.
Use My Fitness Pal if it feels more comfortable for you
Eat until you are full but not stuffed
Have snacks between meals of the same food choice
Drink plenty water: 2.5-3l/day is your target
