Nutrition Week 7:

You should feel really good now but stay alerted. If you experience indigestion, discomfort, fatigue, depression, mood swings, sweet cravings or any other digestive problems or other symptoms there still may be an issue with your nutrition, therefore:

  • Keep your nutritional diary and make sure you capture your daily nutrition as well as how you feel afterwards.

  • Use your FINE TUNE YOUR MACRO RATIO file to mark how you feel after new foods you add to your meals. The more information you gather the easier it will be for you to understand when you overeat your carbs as well as identify foods that don’t serve you

  • Eat slower, chew your food minimum 20 times before swallowing

If you have done everything as mentioned in our 12 step plan to adjust your macro ratio but you are still experiencing symptoms like bloating, brain fog, anxiety, irritability, etc., eliminate completely these 7 foods from your diet for minimum 3 weeks: gluten, diary, soy, peanuts, sugar, eggs, corn.

  • Use My Fitness Pal if it feels more comfortable for you

  • Eat until you are full but not stuffed

  • Have snacks between meals of the same food choice

  • Drink plenty water: 2.5-3l/day is your target
