YOUR TRAINING WEEK 8

It is your last week in our 8 week program but it is just a beginning of your lifetime journey. If you are getting ready for any occasion you can really push it this week, yet if this was just a kick start for you you can continue with similar routine from now on. Walking every day and doing 3-4 fitness sessions a week is your target. When you start feeling that these workouts become too easy, start taking more challenging options, use heavier weights or just move faster (but with control). There is no limit to your fitness as long as you are taking care of your nutrition, hydration, stress and recoveries. Enjoy your fit and healthy life and stay with us till the end of the week.

Here is your plan for week no 8:

  • Walk 10.000 steps every day. Walk, jog, run! whatever feel good and fun on the day!

  • Do minimum 3 workouts, preferably 5. High energy classes with focus on Meta Blast and sculpt should be your focus for the weight loss. Doing one BackRelief/SixPack or MoreCore will be great as well. Do the workout that is more fun for you! If you enjoy it, it will be easier for you to keep on exercising. To support your recovery try our Tension Release On Demand Workout for that!

  • Plan when you will exercise and what workout you will do in advance, the day before your new week starts. Make all the necessary arrangements to be able to stick to the plan as much as possible. Never skip your weekly training!

  • If you are fit (had exercises 3+ times a week before joining the program) try to do min 6 sessions. Plan min 4 classes of SCULPT and/or MetaBlast. Have a look at our Tension Release On Demand Workout to stay fit and injury free, this can make 1 or 2 of your planned workouts this week. Learning how to take care of our body is as important as smashing each workout!

  • Listen to your body.

  • Stay hydrated as that will help you keep your energy high. Drink a pint of water before you decide to have another coffee!
