YOUR TRAINING WEEK 4

In week 4 you will feel much better. Not only your energy will be much higher, you will be used to your new routine, but you will also be much fitter by now. You are ready to get more of your workout this week. Yet be careful, if you are very stressed, working a lot, have too much too do, your energy may not be that super high. If you feel like it don’t skip your workouts. Simply focus on low energy ones, shorter ones, those that will give you that needed energy kick and make you feel great!

So here is your plan for week no 3:

  • Walk 10.000 steps every day (make sure you have an app to measure it, there is plenty STEP TRACKERS available on your phone)

  • This is WEEK 3 of your 28 day - 7 minute ABS challenge!

  • Do minimum 3 workouts, and if you feel good already, try to add one more! Online LIVE Classes are best but On Demand Workouts are great as well. Now your focus is on high energy workouts like Meta Blast and Sculpt.

  • Plan when you will exercise and what workout you will do in advance, the day before your new week starts. Make all the necessary arrangements to be able to stick to the plan as much as possible. Never skip your weekly training!

  • If you are fit (had exercises 3+ times a week before joining the program) try to do 4-5 sessions with main focus on SCULPT and Meta Blast.

  • Listen to your body, your energy and fitness will highly depend on your stress, hydration and recoveries.

  • Stay hydrated as that will help you keep your energy high. Drink a pint of water before you decide to have another coffee!
