YOU DON’T HAVE 30min, 15min, 7min FOR YOURSELF? YOUR LIFE SUCKS!

I know it is a very controversial intro but think about it. If you work so much that you cannot find just few minutes a day to improve your mental and physical health than something is really wrong… don’t you think?

I used to live that life and it was so frustrating… It took time, but I changed it. Why? Because I was slowly crushing, feeling unsatisfied in my life, feeling stuck and angry. And it was not because my career was bad, or I hated my job… It was because there was NO BALANCE in my life.

My journey was pretty challenging, and I learnt a lot on the way… the hard way… I was chasing my dream, working so hard and not finding time for myself, neither for my body or mind… until I actually crashed and burned… I suffered with adrenal fatigue… I had no energy to do anything I cared about in my life. I had no energy to spend time with my friends… I went to Thailand with my best friend and it was a massive effort to enjoy it… our relationship was so boring as I could not find any sparkles in me… I was on a downward spiral… doctors were unable to help me… I almost gave up… I almost accepted that from now on I will be surviving instead of living… almost…

I was lucky, I met people who made me ask questions… who made me see things I ignored before… I started looking for health and I recovered… few years later I am still looking to help my body restore the balance…  the longer we live the crazy life, the more time it will take us to recover… so what is it all about?

Our body needs balance, but the reality is that majority of us live the life without it. We run around: work, home, kids, partners, family, school etc, and we give up on our HEALTH…. now read it again… WE GIVE UP ON OUR HEALTH….We do not give our health (our future), enough priority to find just few minutes a day to MOVE, to take care of that body, to restore energy and balance, to stay healthy.

Living a life this way makes you not only feel bad, but it makes you less efficient, less patient, less caring, less loving… you DO MORE but you BECOME LESS… You think that it is temporary but it actually never changes… first there is a promotion, then you have kids, then you are thinking about retirement and then… it is over… you spend all the time you have left and all the money you earned taking care of your health instead of living quality time and enjoying your life.

The worst thing that now your kids are repeating your mistakes as this is what they believe life is all about… there is no fun anymore…

So STOP that crazy now… START living, building your HEALTHY and HAPPY FUTURE…

DECIDE that you are important… that you will prioritise yourself and your health. And start taking actions immediately. Start with just 10 minutes a day and keep on building it up. But do something every day… make it become your habit, your RITUAL… maybe you need to get up 10 minutes earlier or maybe you have to take that lunch break, you will find a way. Because when you decide you will make it happen… that will change everything…

You will deal with stress better, become more creative, focused, efficient. You will start restoring your energy and find it easier to sort out any problems. Your relationships will get better and you will have more time to do thing you love!

Did you know that when you restore your energy you will do more with less time and effort?

And it all starts with just 10min a day, just for you… Just MOVE!
