This workout is a MUST for anyone who wants to stay Fit & Healthy for Life.
Use heavy dumbbells (I used 12kg for the first part & 6kg for the second part). Every 3-4 weeks try to increase that weight. You want to feel muscular fatigue, close to failure. Never sacrifice your technique (=safety).
After we turn 20 we start losing muscles (approx. 1lb each year). At the same time we put on fat. Muscles are our internal fat furnaces, so do this workout and get lean, athletic, strong and healthy!
