The Full Sculpt workout, including the warm up and cool down stretches.
Make sure you have a set of heavy dumbbells for your lower body and set of lighter dumbbells for your upper body.
Dumbbells need to be heavy enough so you can feel your muscles fatiguing without jeopardising your technique.
My lower body dumbbells could have been heavier yet my dumbbells for the triceps overhead extensions were just too heavy.
So if you notice that the weight is not right please be ready to adjust it during the workout.
PS. I had been interrupted twice while recording and apologies for that, hope you still enjoy the workout as it is soooo good! I can feel all the effort and it is fantastic!
