25 Minute Core Focused Fat Burning Workout

No Equipment needed. This workout takes 25 min, including warm up and post workout stretches. You will perform 4 rounds. There are 6 exercises in each round. You will exercise for 30 sec and take 10 seconds recovery between exercises. Between each round you have 30 seconds to recover.

The focus of this workout is to keep your heart rate elevated and keep on burning calories during and up to 48 hours after the workout. The higher your heart rate the more calories you burn.

If you are new to exercise give yourself time to build fitness. Focus on your technique, move slower and take longer recoveries.

Always listen to your body and if anything feels wrong, stop doing the exercise and let me know what happened so I can help you sort it out.

Please hydrate before and after exercising, don't forget to warm up and stretch after the workout. Stretches included in the video are only basic, to stay injury free do longer stretches as often as possible. We do have a separate video for stretches!
